Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa is one of Nairobi’s most recognised names in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery and wellness. Behind the brand are two distinct practices: an exclusive medical spa offering advanced skin and body treatments, and a specialist clinic led by internationally board-qualified plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Tilman Stasch.

Afrecce’s relationship with this client spans multiple years and has evolved through two full rebrands, two website redesigns – a fully integrated appointment and payments system, ongoing SEO, Meta Ads management, and strategic digital consulting – making it one of our most comprehensive and long-running partnerships.

The Challenge

When we first engaged this client, they operated under two separate brands: The Source MediSpa and Vitality Fountain Clinic. Both had functional websites but lacked the premium digital presence their positioning demanded.

In 2023, the decision was made to consolidate and elevate both identities under the Dr. Stasch name – giving rise to Dr. Stasch Clinic and Dr. Stasch MediSpa. This presented a significant challenge: executing a complete brand and domain migration across two live websites without disrupting the SEO equity that had been built up over years.

What we did;

Web Design & Development

Both websites were redesigned from the ground up to reflect the new Dr. Stasch brand identity. The MediSpa site was built to convey luxury and calm, with a rich treatment catalogue spanning dermatology, cosmetic procedures, spa therapies and paramedical services. The Clinic site was designed to command trust and credibility, befitting Kenya’s leading plastic surgery practice.

A fully integrated appointment system and eCommerce store – featuring premium skincare brands including Lamelle, La Roche Posay, Heliocare, Endocare and Biretix, which were built into the MediSpa site.

Fully Integrated Appointment & Payments System

The centrepiece of this project was the design and development of a comprehensive, end-to-end appointment management system.

Clients can browse available services and practitioners, select their preferred time slot and complete their booking and payment entirely online – removing the need for phone calls or manual confirmation. On the backend, clinic staff have full visibility and control over the entire appointment schedule: confirming, rescheduling, and managing bookings through a streamlined dashboard.

The system includes automated email and SMS notifications triggered at every key stage of the appointment lifecycle – booking confirmation, reminders and status updates. All appointments are synced in real time with the personal Google Calendars of the attending doctors and aestheticians, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and giving practitioners a live view of their day from any device.

Brand Migration & Domains Transition

Both domains were migrated as part of the rebrand with full SEO continuity maintained throughout. Redirect architecture, on-page optimisation and technical SEO were carefully managed to ensure zero ranking loss across both properties during the transition.

Search Engine Optimization

Following the rebrands, Afrecce has continued to manage SEO for both sites. Consistent content strategy, technical upkeep and local SEO have driven steady, compounding organic growth — with both sites now ranking prominently for competitive medical aesthetics search terms in Kenya.

Meta Ads Management

Targeted paid social campaigns have been developed and managed to support treatment bookings, product sales and brand awareness, complementing organic growth with consistent paid visibility.
