The hospital brings together a multidisciplinary team of specialist surgeons, gynaecologists, urologists, bariatric surgeons and anaesthesiologists under one roof in Parklands, Nairobi.
Afrecce was engaged to design and build a brand new hospital website, develop an eCommerce course booking and payments system and deliver an 18-month digital turnaround spanning SEO services, social media management and content strategy.

The Challenge
3rd Park Hospital came to Afrecce with an urgent and multi-layered digital problem. Their existing website was outdated and wholly unrepresentative of a leading specialised hospital in Kenya. More critically, it had been severely compromised by a Japanese link spam attack, leaving Google with approximately 50,000 indexed spam pages tied to the hospital’s domain. The site ranked for virtually nothing relevant and the toxic footprint was actively suppressing any chance of organic search recovery.
In parallel, the hospital’s world-class MIS Training Centre had no digital mechanism for physicians and surgeons across East Africa to discover, register for or pay for courses online – a significant missed opportunity. And with a minimal social media presence and no LinkedIn or TikTok accounts, the hospital was invisible to the professional and patient audiences it needed to reach.
What we did;
01
Web Design & Development
Afrecce designed and built a brand new website for 3rd Park Hospital from the ground up – modern, fast and engineered to communicate the precision and trust required of a leading private hospital in Kenya. As a web design agency in Nairobi with deep experience in the healthcare sector, we structured the site to serve both patient-facing and physician-facing audiences across all departments and specialist services.
02
Medical Course Booking & Payments System
A dedicated online booking and payments system was developed for the MIS Training Centre, enabling physicians, surgeons and specialist registrars across Kenya and East Africa to browse upcoming courses, select a seat and pay securely online – all in one seamless flow. This digitised a previously manual, friction-heavy process and opened the training programme to a regional audience.
03
Paystack Payment Integration
Online payments for course bookings are processed through Paystack — a leading, internationally recognised payment gateway built for Africa. The integration supports M-Pesa for local delegates, debit and credit cards and full international payment processing; enabling physicians from across East Africa and beyond to register and pay for MIS training courses in advance. Both KES and USD are supported, reflecting the cross-border reach of the training programme.
04
Search Engine Optimization
The SEO engagement ran for 18 months, the first six dedicated entirely to forensic cleanup. Working as an SEO agency in Kenya, Afrecce identified and de-indexed approximately 50,000 spam-injected pages from Google, conducted a full toxic backlink audit and disavow and rebuilt the site’s technical SEO architecture from scratch.
Following the cleanup, a targeted on-page and content SEO strategy was implemented. The results speak for themselves: from zero organic presence, the website grew to consistently attract over 3,000 unique visitors per month – driven purely by strategic SEO services, with no reliance on paid search.
05
Social Media Management
As a social media management agency in Nairobi, Afrecce took full ownership of the hospital’s social channels throughout the engagement. Content was developed to reflect both the clinical excellence of the team and the approachability of the brand, building trust with patients and authority within the medical community simultaneously.
Instagram was grown from 700 to 4,000 followers. A LinkedIn company profile was built from scratch to 3,000 professional followers, establishing the hospital’s credibility with referrers, partners, and the wider medical community. A TikTok account was created from zero and grown to 6,000 followers, reaching a younger patient demographic. Every follower gained was through organic content strategy alone, without any paid follower campaigns at any stage.
